Bryan works in WCL&W’s Prince William and Loudoun offices, primarily in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions and Finance and the Land Use and Zoning practice groups. Bryan is experienced in representing local and national companies, developers, builders, banks and religious institutions in commercial loan closings; negotiating and preparing contracts, leases, and development agreements; preparing subdivision deeds, easement deeds, and other related development documents; assisting in the entitlements process and bond release; and forming homeowner associations and other community associations. Additionally, Bryan drafts various corporate, partnership and limited liability company documents, handles general commercial business transactions, and provides assistance in the wetlands permitting process.

Representative Experience

  • Negotiated $60 million development and construction loan for joint venture of national homebuilders for residential project in Loudoun County
  • Obtained site plan and environmental approvals and handled transactional, development, and environmental matters associated with construction and expansion of a data center campus in Culpeper County
  • Served as local counsel for a national builder in various security offerings
  • Represented a large residential developer and homebuilder in all acquisition, development and construction loan transactions
  • Handled all transactional matters, including acquisition and financing, and all development matters for a variety of hotel and hotel/commercial projects for multiple hotel operators in Prince William County
  • Prepared deeds and development agreements in connection with subdivision/site plan approvals for a variety of residential, commercial and/or mixed-use projects in Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Frederick, Loudoun, and Fairfax Counties, the Cities of Manassas and Manassas Park, and the Towns of Culpeper, Warrenton, and Herndon
  • Obtained zoning confirmations/verifications in multiple jurisdictions
