Kevin joined the firm’s Leesburg office in 2016 and works primarily in the Land Use & Zoning practice group. He focuses on securing zoning entitlements in Loudoun County, while also providing assistance in related transactional matters. Prior to joining, Kevin was a legal extern with the ACLU and a member of the Virginia Coastal Policy Clinic at William & Mary. He also served as a Property teaching assistant and senior article editor of the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review.
