Kimberly K. Follin
Kim joined the firm in 1998 and works closely with the attorneys and planners in our Land Use Practice Group. She has considerable experience preparing land use application packages, affidavits, disclosures, legal notices, legal advertisements, and proffer signature authority proof analysis. Kim also specializes in deed analysis and land record review and provides administrative support for land development projects in Fairfax County, Arlington County, the City of Alexandria, the City of Fairfax, Loudoun County, and the Town of Herndon. Prior to joining the firm, Kim served as a project coordinator for a national commercial real estate services firm in the field of property management.
