Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley, & Walsh currently seeks 2L Summer Associate candidates for the summer of 2026 with an interest or work experience in real estate transactions and/or real estate development law to work in our Arlington / Prince William offices. The Summer Associate position will enable the successful candidate to gain substantive familiarity with Virginia state land use and real estate law.

Legal Skills:

• Exceptional writing and research skills; able to provide writing samples displaying competency.
• Skilled in drafting, editing, research, and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), communication, and critical thinking.
• Detail-oriented and competent in managing time-sensitive deliverables.
