Bryan works in Walsh Colucci’s Prince William office, primarily in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions and Finance and the Land Use and Zoning practice groups. Bryan is experienced in representing local and national companies, developers, builders, banks and religious institutions in commercial loan closings; negotiating and preparing contracts, leases, and development agreements; preparing subdivision deeds, easement deeds, and other related development documents; assisting in the entitlements process and bond release; and forming homeowner associations and other community associations. Additionally, Bryan drafts various corporate, partnership and limited liability company documents, handles general commercial business transactions, and provides assistance in the wetlands permitting process.
