Bryan works in Walsh Colucci’s Prince William office, primarily in the firm’s Real Estate Transactions and Finance and the Land Use and Zoning practice groups. Bryan represents local and national companies and ventures, developers, and builders in acquisitions and sales, commercial loan closings, obtaining development approvals and entitlements, and forming commercial and community associations. His work includes data center, industrial, office, commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. Bryan also has experience in mitigation matters relating to the wetlands and stormwater management permitting processes.
