Michael joined Walsh Colucci full-time in 2007 after graduating from The Catholic University’s Columbus School of Law. He primarily works in the firm’s transactional and development group, representing developers of condominium and mixed-use projects; forming condominium and homeowners associations; and drafting declarations, subdivision deeds, easement agreements, and other documents related to mixed-use development. Michael also works in the firm’s litigation practice group, representing title companies in various real property disputes. Prior to joining WCL&W, Michael worked for more than ten years in the commercial real estate industry and gained invaluable experience clerking for the firm while attending law school.

Represented title insurance companies in suits to establish the validity and priority of deeds of trust, resulting from missing interests, defective legal descriptions, and other related claims.
