A long time Loudoun resident, Matt joined Walsh Colucci in 2019 and principally manages the legislative approval process for clients seeking rezoning, zoning modifications and special use permits within Loudoun County and it’s many towns. Matt has a range of experience which includes drafting of proffer statements, zoning determination request letters, statements of justification, and other land use documents. Prior to joining Walsh Colucci he most recently worked for Representative Jennifer Wexton (VA-10) as well as Loudoun County Supervisor Koran T. Saines (Sterling).
