Stataria “Starr” Nyan joined the firm in 2023 as a Land Use and Zoning Associate for the Prince William office. Prior to joining the firm, Starr worked as a Student Attorney for the Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic in Richmond, Virginia. As a Student Attorney, she drafted assignment agreements, filed trademark and copyright applications for clients, and advised clients on how to further protect their intellectual property. Starr also worked as a Legal Intern for a transactional law firm in Richmond, Virginia, and worked as a Summer Legal Intern at Dominion Energy in Richmond, Virginia.

Starr is a graduate from University of Richmond School of Law. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Government and History from College of William and Mary.
