Brian joined the Firm in 2018 and primarily works in the Land Use and Zoning practice group in the Prince William Office. His practice focuses on land use and zoning matters in Prince William County, Fauquier County, Rappahannock County, the Town of Haymarket, the Town of Dumfries, Spotsylvania and the City of Manassas. His practice includes securing zoning and land use entitlements such as rezonings, proffer amendments, special use permits, and special exceptions. Brian also assists clients with obtaining licenses from the Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Authority.
