Allison, an experienced land use attorney, advises clients on complex zoning, permitting, and regulatory matters across a wide range of development sectors, including commercial, residential, energy, and technology. Prior to joining the firm, Allison was a partner at Stoel Rives LLP in Portland, Oregon, where she led multi-disciplinary teams through entitlements and long-range planning efforts for industrial, commercial, residential, energy, and technology projects. Her previous roles also include positions at Perkins Coie, Radler White Parks & Alexander, and Downey Brand, where she focused on land use, real estate, and environmental compliance.
Allison’s legal experience spans private and public sectors, including federal appointments with the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights and the White House Council on Environmental Quality. She holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from Grand Valley State University.
