Kristen “Krissy” Walentisch joins the firm as a Land Use Planner for the Arlington office. Prior to joining the firm she worked as a Principal Planner for the Arlington County Department of Community Planning, Housing, and Development. She also worked as an Acting Supervisory Program Analyst for the City of Alexandria Department of Planning & Zoning. Krissy holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from James Madison University and a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Virginia Tech. She also serves on the Board of the Virginia Chapter of the American Planning Association as the Newsbrief Editor.
