Land Use & Zoning | Arlington Office

Jessica T. Washington joined the Firm in 2024 and works in the Land Use and Zoning practice group in the Arlington office. Before joining the Firm, Jessica was the Assistant County Attorney for King George, VA where she gained great experience in all facets of local government including zoning law. She also represented and assisted King George’s Community Development Department, Planning Commission, Service Authority, and Board of Supervisors.

Jessica graduated from William & Mary Law School in 2022 where she served as the Senior Notes Editor for William & Mary’s Business Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University in 2018 in Criminology, Law and Society.
