Alexandria
- Approval of amendments to the North Potomac Yard Small Area Plan for approximately 7.5 million square feet of mixed-use development.
- Approval of the Potomac Yard Town Center, Alexandria, a mixed-use project within Potomac Yard containing one million square feet of office, 625 hotel rooms, 414 multi-family units, and 200,000 square feet of retail.
- Approval of a senior housing facility in Potomac Yard, Alexandria with 332 assisted living, independent living, and memory care units and 11,991 square feet of retail.
- Approval of a hotel at 699 Prince Street, in Alexandria’s Old and Historic District, for the conversion of the existing historic building back to a hotel and a four-story addition with 141 rooms, a rooftop bar, and 6,827 square feet of restaurant and amenity space.
- Approval of a mixed use multifamily building at 1200 North Henry Street near the Braddock Metro with 115 units, 17,000 square feet of retail, and 10,000 square feet of day care.
- Approval of a 108,000 square foot office building in Potomac Yard to serve as the new headquarters of the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Approval of 19 townhouse-style condominiums at 1101 North Washington Street in Old Town North.
- Approval of two six-story multifamily buildings containing 138 units in Potomac Yard.
- Approval of 530 First Street, Old Town North, Alexandria, a mixed-use project containing 232 multi-family units and 51,000 square feet of retail.
- Approval of 2901 Eisenhower Avenue, Alexandria, a mixed-use project containing 533 multi-family units, 67 townhouses, and 9,000 square feet of retail in Eisenhower East.
- Approval of the Alexandria Memory Care Center, a 66-bed memory-care facility for the elderly.
- Approval of an expansion of Goodwin House, Alexandria, for a 90-bed nursing and memory care facility for the elderly.
- Approval of the Beauregard Small Area Plan, Alexandria, Rezoning and Coordinated Development District concept plan for approximately 12.8 million square feet of mixed use development (residential, office, hotel and retail).
- Approval of The Thornton, a residential project containing 443 multi-family units in Alexandria’s Old and Historic District.
- Approval of the Hotel Monaco, the Morrison House and the Lorien, three boutique hotels with ground-floor restaurants and retail in Alexandria’s Old and Historic District.

- Approval of Westmont Shopping Center redevelopment into a six story building with 250 multifamily units and 23,000 sf of retail.
- Approval of a 255 unit, seven story residential building with associated below grade parking at the intersection of Kirkwood Road and Washington Boulevard, located within the Washington and Kirkwood Special GLUP Study plan.
- Approval of the Trove, 1201 S. Ross St. a 401 unit multifamily residential building with 105 committed affordable units.
- Approval of Pike 2400, 2400 Columbia Pike, a seven story 105 unit condominium building with 13,700 sf of retail and retention of a historic facade.
- Approval of The Village Center, 950 S. George Mason Drive, Arlington, with a 6-story, 365-unit mixed-use residential building featuring a 50,000 square foot grocery store, 31,120 sf of in-line retail, and a new public square.
- Approval of Columbia Hills, 1010 S. Frederick Street, Arlington, with an 8-story, 229-unit, 100% committed affordable infill development featuring Earthcraft Platinum construction.
