Tim joined the Firm full-time in August 2017 as a transactions associate after graduating from the Georgetown University Law Center. He primarily works in the firm’s real estate and commercial transactions group. Tim focuses on the preparation of homeowner and condominium association documents as well as drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and complicated development agreements.
