Associate Attorney
Prince William Office | Real Estate Transactions
Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh currently seeks an attorney with real estate transactions and/or real estate development experience.
Candidate must be licensed in Virginia and a graduate of an accredited law school.
Other requirements include:
- Prefer 5+ years of legal experience in practice areas that relate to real estate development transactions, including contract drafting, familiarity with title review, and preparation of recordable instruments.
- Skilled in drafting, editing, research, and analysis (qualitative and quantitative), communication and critical thinking.
- Detail-oriented and competent in managing time sensitive deliverables.
