On Tuesday, May 14th, the board of Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. (CFI) hosted a Salute, honoring Lynne as a co-recipient of this year’s James M. Scott Community Spirit Award. This award recognizes a sponsor, organization, or individual who exemplifies strong advocacy and commitment to Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. Lynne served as a longtime CFI Board member and as its chairman. She continues to volunteer, and has done so much to support its mission. Lynne was honored alongside outgoing Clerk to the BOS, Cathy Chianese, who serves on the Board of Directors of CFI.
