A Proffer Amendment was approved for Madison Square, a mixed use development located in the Brentsville District of Prince William County. The site is located near the intersection of Route 15 and Route 29. The approval gives the property owner new flexibility to develop the 25 acre site in a manner that meets market demands in a timely way, rather than by a specific phasing program. At full build out, the site will accommodate 25 single family lots and up to 170,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
