Shannon Minarik joined the firm in 2023 as a transactions associate for the Prince William office. Shannon’s legal experience includes litigation in which she represented the interests of Homeowners and Condominium Associations in a court setting. Prior to joining the firm, she held the position of managing attorney at prominent title companies in the Northern Virginia area, she is experienced with many facets of Virginia real estate law.
