Nick Peal

Associate

Litigation | Prince William Office

Nick joined the firm as an Associate in the Litigation practice group in the Prince William office in 2025. Before that, Nick was involved as a Summer Associate at the firm ahead of his 3L year and continued as a Law Clerk before graduating in May 2025. Nick was heavily involved in law school curricula, such as being the Staff Editor of the CUA Law Review and serving as Treasurer of the Italian American Law Students Association, as well as being a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Nick brings prior legal experience from his internships with the United States Attorney’s Office, Special Proceedings Division, at Jones, Walker, & Lake P.C., and with the Virginia Beach General District Court’s Criminal Division.

Nick graduated from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in 2025 and holds a B.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Florida State University.
