Elliott Young joined the firm in 2023 as a Land Use Planner in the Arlington office. Elliott holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Natural Resources from the University of Delaware, as well as a minor in Environmental and Energy Policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Elliott was a Planner I with the Sussex County (DE) Government Planning & Zoning Department for over 2 years, where he specialized in current and comprehensive planning practices. Prior to the County, Elliott was employed by a surveying firm where he completed digital modeling and drafting through AutoCAD and various field work.
