This inaugural award was presented at HBAV’s 2025 Housing Excellence Awards Gala, held during the Annual Conference at The Omni Homestead Resort.

The Committee Impact Award – Legislative Committee recognizes the firm’s longstanding partnership with HBAV and its consistent contributions to the association’s legislative efforts. Over the years, Walsh Colucci attorneys have worked closely with HBAV’s Legislative Committee to analyze and interpret legislation, helping members understand how proposed policies may impact the homebuilding industry throughout Virginia.
